At Invictus, we understand that challenges happen — and we’ve got your back.
If there’s a size issue, you can contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll gladly help you with an exchange.
However, if more than 24 hours pass, we won’t be able to assist, as our exchange window is limited to ensure fairness and quality control.
To qualify for an exchange:
The item must not be worn or used.
Original packaging and tags must remain intact.
If the size received was incorrect, we’ll send you the right one with free shipping.
After 24 hours, unfortunately, we can’t process exchanges.
